Please note:  Our train rides sell out quickly. Trains depart from the North Creek Depot, 3 Railroad Place, North Creek NY Train travels round trip to the North Pole (Riverside Station, Riparius NY) The ride is about 1 hour and 45 minutes, from start to finish. While Restrooms are available at the North Creek Depot, we will not be exiting the train once it departs.  There is one bathroom available on board that is reserved for emergency use only.  Please plan accordingly. Children are encouraged to dress in their pajamas.  Please dress for cold weather: while the cars are preheated before departure, they do cool off as the ride progresses. Boarding will occur at the time listed on your ticket.  Plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early. Tickets are required for one year old children to adult. Your tickets are marked with the date and time of your ride.  Please double check that the date and time on your ticket are for the date and time specified in your order.  There are two trains running each day.   Due to the high demand for these tickets, anyone presenting a ticket with the wrong date or time will not be permitted to board. Cell phone service is spotty (at best) in this area.  Be prepared to be "unplugged" during your trip. There are NO REFUNDS issued for any reason.  Should a situation arise which would preclude you from attending, you may "re-sell" the tickets to another party.  In the event this happens, please contact us with the new ticket holder's contact information by e-mail.
